1. Who we are

These terms cover TransferLab (transferlab.net). Contact: hello@transferlab.net.

TransferLab is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the Premier League or Fantasy Premier League. Club and player names are used only to describe the data.

2. What you get

Free: the dashboard, next-gameweek projections and a one-transfer, one-gameweek planner.

Free Pro gameweek: each FPL team can try the Pro planner once, until the next gameweek deadline. It doesn't include the wildcard builder.

Pro: a subscription that follows the FPL season, charged once per season. Your first payment covers you until the next 1 August, or the one after if you buy within three months of it. After that, each renewal covers a full season. A Pro licence works for one FPL team: it locks to the first team you use it with, and you can move it to a different team once per season. FPL gives you a new team ID every season, so when a new season starts your key locks to your new team the first time you use it. Please don't share or resell licence keys.

2a. Renewal and cancelling

Pro renews automatically every year on 1 August, just before the new FPL season, and your saved payment method is charged, until you cancel. Your licence key stays the same and keeps working while you're subscribed. We'll email you before each renewal. If the price for the next year goes up, we'll tell you in that email, before you're charged, so you can cancel first.

You can cancel any time using the "Manage subscription" link in your purchase or renewal email, or by emailing us. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep Pro until the end of the period you've already paid for.

3. Payment

Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, which sells Pro to you as our reseller ("merchant of record"). Lemon Squeezy's own buyer terms apply to the payment. Prices shown include any VAT or sales tax.

4. No refunds

Pro is digital content that unlocks immediately. When you buy or renew, you ask for immediate access and accept that you lose the 14-day right to cancel that consumers otherwise have for online purchases. So payments, including renewals, are not refundable. To avoid the next charge, cancel before your renewal date.

This doesn't affect your rights under consumer law if Pro doesn't work as described. If something's broken, email us and we'll fix it or put it right.

5. Projections are estimates

Everything TransferLab shows (expected points, minutes, transfer plans, captain picks) is a statistical estimate based on public data and a model. Football is unpredictable: players get injured, rotated or simply have a bad day. We don't guarantee any points, rank or result, and every decision about your FPL team is yours.

TransferLab is a fantasy football tool. It is not betting or gambling advice, and you shouldn't use it for betting.

6. Availability

We rely on public FPL data, which can be late, change, or be unavailable. We'll do our best to keep the site running, especially around deadlines, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free.

7. Fair use

Don't misuse the service: no scraping or automated bulk requests, no attempts to get around the Pro checks, and no sharing or reselling of licence keys. If a licence is clearly being abused, we may disable it.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for Pro for the current season. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.

9. Changes and law

We may update these terms, for example when we add features. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you're a consumer in the UK or EU, you keep all the consumer protections your local law gives you, whatever these terms say.
