Privacy policy

The short version. We don't have accounts, we don't use tracking cookies, and we don't sell anything about you. We store your FPL team ID (which is public anyway) and, if you buy Pro, your licence key. Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, and we never see your card.

What we collect and why

In your browser only: your settings, bans, last team ID, time zone and licence key are saved in your browser's local storage so you don't have to re-enter them. They stay on your device, and clearing your browser data removes them.

Payments: when you buy Pro, Lemon Squeezy collects your name, email, billing country and payment details as the seller, and stores your payment method so your subscription can renew each August. We receive your email and order details from them so we can support you. We never see your card number. See Lemon Squeezy's privacy policy.

No tracking: no advertising, no tracking cookies, no selling or sharing your data for marketing. If we measure traffic, we use cookie-free, aggregated analytics that don't identify you.

Who helps us run the site

These providers process data on our behalf, only to run the service:

Render: hosts the site (servers in the EU).
Cloudflare: domain, security, email forwarding and cookie-free analytics.
Lemon Squeezy: payments and licence keys.
Google (Gmail): our support inbox.

Some of these are US companies. Where data leaves the EU, it is protected by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Email hello@transferlab.net and we'll reply within a month. If you're not happy with our answer, you can complain to the data protection authority where you live (in the UK, the ICO).

Children

TransferLab isn't aimed at children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If we change how we use data, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
